Fort Wayne Children's Zoo

I love visiting our local zoo! After church, the family went and walked around for a while. I love the monkeys and watching the sealions. Hunter loves the kangaroos! I'm anxious for the African Journey to open in 2009!

Boys and Tractors

Yesterday, August 23rd, was spent at the Tri State Gas & Engine Show in Adam's home town. Adam's family collects and restors antique tractors and trucks. This is a LARGE show they attend yearly. Our family went and spent a large portion of the hot, sticky, day there. Hunter loved the show only if he was either riding on his daddy's shoulders or on a tractor.

My sis, Char

My sister, Char, just rescently got her hair cut. She hasn't had a "short" cut for quite some time. I told her I'd come over and take some new pictures for her. I did her hair and makeup too. Just thought I'd share a couple pics with you.

Little Boy's <3 Trains

...and mine's no exception. Hunter loves his GeoTrack train set! I just love the concentration he shows on his little face.

The Voght's

Here's a couple new pictures of the Voght's. All I need now is an "updated" photo of Adam. I've finally figured how to set it up so I can see the picture on my laptop after it's been taken.

On the Farm

I have had my Nikon D50 camera for a year now. Currently, I consider myself a "self taught" photographer. I finally decided to shoot in Manual. Thanks to some help from my sister-in-law I got the camera set up to shoot (easier than I thought). These are a few pictures that were taken (in manual) at my husband's family "farm."

The Botanical Conservatory

A couple weekends ago, we visited our local Botanical Conservatory with friends of ours. Hunter and his friend Mollie had a great time "playing" with the butterflys!
